Notes about insurance:
The Clinic is selective about the insurance companies with which it contracts to provide services. Managed care insurers typically cover preventive screenings that meet or exceed nationally accepted standards of practice. Some plans cover education expenses.
Today, most health plans require patients to pay for a portion of the services they receive. If your insurance requires copayments, please remember that these are due at the time of service.
The Dreyer Managed Care Department can help patients with many insurance and managed care questions, and can also submit health insurance claims on behalf of patients. They can be reached at 630-859-0400 or 800-760-8480.
